PARTICIPATION OPPORTUNITIES IN AN EXCEPTIONAL PROPERTY WITH ENORMOUS POTENTIAL

We are inviting individuals, couples or groups who share our objectives and aspirations to become part of a consortium of co-owners.

We plan to convert the main building into apartments and rooms supported with special care services.

The annex building will become a residence for students, carers, therapists and family members and will complement the whole complex which will include spa installations, a healthier food restaurant and conference, seminar and teaching rooms.

We already have a list of interested parties from various countries including France, Switzerland, the USA and UK.

We will be selecting a builder able and willing to undertake the construction project management and participate in the realization of the innovative project using bio-climatic and sustainable architecture.
